I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and delicate curtains added a touch of elegance, making me feel like I had stepped back in time. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had a cozy ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walker. The children working there were always ready to assist me with any requests, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be to have grab bars installed in the bathrooms. These would provide extra support and stability, especially for those with mobility issues.

The room I stayed in had a kitchen with a fridge, which was super handy for storing snacks and drinks. I had a balcony with a garden view, making it a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The double room I booked had a cozy fireplace, making the atmosphere really warm and inviting. The quadruple room I stayed in had all the kitchenware I needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Another double room I saw had a fireplace, which added a lovely touch to the ambiance. The twin room I stayed in had a stovetop, making it convenient for cooking quick meals.
Although I loved everything about my stay, I personally didn't use the fireplace in the double room.

The airport was conveniently close, making it easy for me to escape from this noisy, chaotic hostel. The kitchenware and electric kettle were quite impressive, because who doesn't love a good barbecue in a dormitory?
I absolutely adored the lack of peace and quiet in my bedroom - it was an absolute joy to have people showering and making noise at all hours of the night.

Great price, especially for a last-minute booking
Clean and comfortable accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff
The dormitory room I stayed in was unpleasant, with a strong smell and dirty bedding. The basement location of the bunk beds was damp and moldy, with limited ventilation.

The nearest airport is conveniently far away, the Port of Hamburg is a scenic 12 km journey. This bed in dormitory had a kitchenware, barbecue, and an electric kettle - perfect for a gourmet cooking experience!
Loved everything so much, I didn't even mind the occasional fire alarm disruption during my stay.

The showers were fabulous and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The hotel had a great value for money. The location was convenient, with accessible train stations and grocery stores within walking distance. The area was also quiet, allowing for a good night's rest.
The lack of staff was inconvenient, as check-in and check-out were confusing without someone to assist. The kitchen and basement rooms were not well-maintained, with dirty dishes and a stuffy smell.

I felt like a master chef with the amazing kitchenware provided! And don't get me started on the electric kettle, it was revolutionary! The hostel's terrace was the perfect spot to show off my barbecue skills.
Smelling like barbecue all day is totally my thing, so I'm not even mad.

I stayed at a great hotel in Hamburg for a few days. The location was superb, in a quiet neighborhood but close to supermarkets and bus stops. It was perfect for my family with children, as there was a nearby playground. The landlord was very helpful and easygoing, and they had a cute dog too!
Can just recommend this hotel.

This room had a kitchen with a fridge, which was super convenient for preparing meals for our family. We stayed in a unit with a balcony and garden view, which was so lovely to wake up to in the morning. The double room we booked had a cozy fireplace, a toaster, and a comfy seating area. It felt really homey. The quadruple room came with all the kitchen essentials, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Perfect for a family stay. The double room had a charming fireplace that added a cozy touch to our evenings. The twin room had a stovetop, making it convenient for us to cook simple meals.
Personally, we weren't big fans of the stovetop in the twin room, but we understand that others might find it useful.
